The 1,200 sq ft outlet’s modern layout took Grov Design studios one and a half month to conceptualize and a further two and a half months to complete the relevant works that included wet works, wiring, painting, partitioning, plaster ceiling, air-conditioning, carpentry, floorboard, furniture, and signage.
